Description
Arrows to the Target offers young mathematicians the opportunity to compose and decompose numbers on a number chart. Students have opportunities to work together and to reflect and write about the strategies they used and the patterns they employed.
Included in this resource are samples of 20, 50, 100 and 1000 charts. The two and four charts per page will fit nicely into the Mathematician’s Notebook. To extend the activity, use the blank grids that are also included.
